Cooking as the first anthropological cultural tool? Eating as a firts cell of the social tissue? That is exactly the concept elaborated by the Austrian filmmaker and gastronomist Peter Kubelka in the 80s and later further elaborated by artists Onno Faller and Arpad Dobriban.
The lecture will discuss several important points from this labyrinth of knowledge. The last piece of the discussion will be an analysis of a very specific meal which will also be served as the main this of the entire event.
